Return & Exchange Policy

  1. We offer 7 days hassle-free returns & exchanges from the date of delivery and a furthur 7 days to return product(s) to reach us. We also offer reverse pickups services.
  2. Pick-up will be attempted twice. If the courier company is unable to pickup the shipment.You will have to send the shipment back to the company address.Reverse pick-up is subject to availability of service in your area pincode.
  3. For COD orders,a coupon code will be provided in the span of 5 working days from the day of return pick-up on your registered email address / Contact number.
  4. Please return your product(s) in the same as it was shipped. If the products are returned in poor condition or have clearly been worn,a refund would not be provided.
  5. Kindly allow 7 days for the return to be processed and amount to be shown in bank account.All products are 100% handmade and will have a slight difference. 
  6. Payments made with COD option can recieve a coupon code worth the same as your order value which is valid for 1 year from the date of issuance of the coupon code.
  7. Shipping charges are Non-Refundable

  10. Cancellation will only be possible till the order has not been dispatched from our warehouse.
  11. Once the product is exchanged and is delivered,no action such as exchange or refund would be applicable on that order.
  12. Size exchanges are only applicable for exchange.
  13. Refunds can be processed in a form of instant Store credits or Bank Transfer within 30 working days.
  14. If in any case a customer fails to receive the shipment then they will be provided with store credit for future purchases.

  • Please ensure the items are packed securely to prevent any loss or damage during transit and the ORDER ID and registered mobile number is mentioned on the packaging.

All items must be in unused condition with all original tags attached and packaging intact.

  • Bank account details provided by the customer would be final and any error in the details provided by the customer would not be the responsibility of the brand.

  • The Customer will be under an obligation to take utmost care of the product(s) whilst the products are in their possession. This includes all the product(s) documents and wrapping while returning the product(s) in the same condition as recieved.
  • In circumstances where the customer feels that the product does not conform to the standards at the time of delivery,they shall promptly contact us via our email with details of the product and it’s damage within 1 day of recieving the products; whereon,the customer will recieve instructions from us.
  • If a Customer intentionally refused to recieve the parcel, then the resolution taken by return team will be final.
  • Upon return of the product, we will fully examine it and notify the customer of their right to refund(if any) via email within a reasonable period of time. We aim to process the refund as soon as possible and ,in any case within 30 working days from the day,we confirmed to the customer via email that they are entitled to a refund.
